What methods of payment do you accept online?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) and several digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, G Pay, Shop Pay)

At this time, we are unable to accept other credit/debit cards/digital wallets.


When is the full amount of my online purchase charged to my credit card?

When you place an order (whether an in stock item or pre-order item for future shipment), your credit card is charged in full for that item at the time you place the order.


Can I make changes to or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, you cannot make changes, but you can cancel your entire order. Here’s how:


If your order has not yet shipped, please contact Customer Support at 1-888-897-5909, or email hello@rossomotors.com to cancel the order. Please provide your order number.


If your order has already been shipped, we are unfortunately not able to cancel your order.


You can return your order in the original packaging, within 30 days of receiving your order, for a refund. 


Can I pay with my debit card?

Possibly, if you have a major credit card company branded debit card (ex. Visa Debit or Master Card Debit) your purchase will process via that credit card company. Any other debit cards cannot be accepted at this time.

 

My transaction keeps declining, what am I doing incorrectly?

Most declined transactions originate with process system of the company for your specific payment method and not our website. Ensure with your credit card company, bank, digital wallet, that your order falls within daily and total transaction limits, and international transactions are accepted as we are a Canadian company.


Is my signature required to confirm home delivery?

Customer signature is not required for the home delivery of parcels shipping via our courier partners. The courier will leave the parcel(s) on the front porch, by the front door or in the concierge for condo buildings.
